How we handle your data.

Who we are.

Larkfield AI is run from the Netherlands. Questions about your data: hello@larkfieldai.com.

Why you got an email.

We email owners and leaders of agencies and consultancies about a service that helps them win new clients. We found your business contact details in public sources, such as your firm's website, team page, careers page, press releases and public directories, and through an email-finding service. We only use your work email, name, role, firm and public information about your firm.

Legal basis.

Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): contacting businesses about a relevant B2B service. You can object at any time.

What we do with it.

We send up to four short emails. If you reply, we use your reply to answer you. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.

How long we keep it.

If you don't reply, your details are deleted six months after our last email. If you ask us to stop, we keep only a one-way hashed copy of your email address, so we never contact you again.

Who processes it.

Our email, email-verification and web-data providers, and Anthropic, whose API helps us research and draft text. All work under data-processing agreements. Some are in the US, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Client data.

For firms we work with, we process client and pipeline data only on your instructions, under a data-processing agreement, inside your own tools wherever possible.

Your rights.

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object, by replying "no" or emailing hello@larkfieldai.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
