For founder-led agencies and consultancies

Ten salesconversations.Ninety days.

We find where your clients actually come from and where they leak, then build the AI system that fixes it. Your team owns it and runs it. If we don't hit ten qualified conversations, we keep working for free.

Most agencies don't have a lead problem. They have a leak they can't see. That's where we start.

The difference

We diagnose first.Then we build.

Lead-gen shops sell every client the same outbound. We start by finding your real constraint, then pick the cheapest route to ten conversations.

How it works

Ninety days.Four moves.

About two hours of your time in month one, then thirty minutes a week.

01Weeks 1 to 2

We diagnose.

Interviews with you and two or three people on the ground, plus your last 20 won and lost deals. We map where clients come from and where they leak.

02Weeks 3 to 6

We build the system.

AI systems for your number-one constraint, built in the tools you already use. Win-back, follow-up, proposals or outbound, whatever the diagnosis says.

Questions

Straightanswers.

What counts as a qualified conversation?

A held call of 20+ minutes between you or your seller and the owner, a C-level or VP, or the budget holder at a company that fits the client profile we agree in week 2. It's about a potential paid engagement, with a company that wasn't already in an active deal with you. Each one goes in a shared tracker and counts unless you dispute it within five business days.

What if leads aren't our problem?

That's the point of the diagnosis. If your deals stall after the proposal, we fix follow-up. If past clients are the fastest route, we start there. Every route to a qualified conversation counts.

How much of my time does this take?

About two hours in month one, mostly the kickoff and the interviews. After that, thirty minutes a week to approve drafts and take the calls.

Do you send emails as me?

No. Drafts are written in your voice and you approve every one. They go out from your own inbox, so replies come straight to you.

What do we own at the end?

Everything. The systems are built in your own tools, and your team is trained to run them. Nothing stops working when we leave.

Who's behind Larkfield AI?
